A Remarkable Journey
Olga’s story is rooted in determination and global experience. At age 24, she arrived in the United States to help produce the Russian Ballet Tour of The Nutcracker with impresario Akiva Talmi. During the 1990s Russian constitutional crisis, she secured 38 visas for the entire ballet company—an achievement that reflects her signature “make things happen” approach. The tour still runs today.
She began her real estate career with CB Richard Ellis Noble Gibbons in Moscow, assisting Fortune 500 companies in expanding their presence in Russia. Upon returning to the U.S., she earned her New York real estate license in 1998 and quickly excelled in the competitive world of residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and investment property sales.
Furthering her valuation expertise, she completed NYU’s General Real Estate Appraiser Certification program, and in 2006 earned her Florida Broker license and trainee appraiser qualification—solidifying her presence in the luxury markets of South Florida.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Born and raised in Moscow, Olga trained in choreography from age eight and performed at iconic venues including the Bolshoi Theatre and the Kremlin. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Moscow Pedagogical University in English Language and Literature.
Today, Olga divides her time between Boca Raton, New York City, and Moscow. She is an avid reader with a private library started by her grandmother in 1920s, she enjoys city walks, boating, and golf.
